50 Miles. One Mission. Every Mile Matters. 💜

This October, during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Chris from Rod & Chris: Unqualified and Unsupervised is taking on the Galloping Goose 50 mountain bike challenge in Cuyuna, Minnesota.

That's 50 miles of mountain biking. In one day. One guy. One big challenge. And probably a few questionable decisions along the way!

But I'm riding for something much bigger than myself.

I'm raising money and awareness for Crisis Intervention Service, a North Iowa nonprofit providing support, advocacy, and resources for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

The goal? $5,000!

That's just $100 per mile. Together, we can all chip in and turn every mile into something meaningful.

Whether you give $5, $25, $50, or more, every donation gets us closer to the finish line.

Nobody should have to face violence or crisis alone.

Help me turn 50 miles into $5,000 for a cause that matters.
